Steven D. Cooper, Accountant
Steven D. Cooper is the President and founder of Cooper’s Accounting Service, LP. Mr. Cooper oversees all of the firm’s operational engagements and utilizes his considerable experience to guide numerous clients in their day-to-day business operations.
Mr. Cooper has over 15 years of accounting experience. He began his career as the Accounting Manager of a professional photo lab in 1994, worked for two public-held companies, and also held a position with a medium-sized nonprofit company. As a nonprofit specialist, he has conducted several seminars and training courses in nonprofit accounting formatting its use to QuickBooks.

Education & Credentials
Mr. Cooper received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentration in Accounting from California State University of Los Angeles. He completed his tax certification continuing education. He is a member of the California Tax Educational Council, Better Business Bureau, SoCal BNI Power Group 100 and the Long Beach Chamber of Commerce.
Linda Min, Staff Accountant
Linda Min has gained extensive accounting experience as an accountant at Cooper’s Accounting Service, LP. She is dedicated to helping clients delivering tax and financial services that meet each client’s unique objectives. Linda is also focused on preparing their personal and business income tax returns and corresponds to issues related to government agencies. From small to medium-sized businesses, Linda has expertise in providing nonprofit income tax returns, preparing bookkeeping services as well as maintaining administrative work in CAS day-to-day operation.
Linda participated in the VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) program, assisting primarily low-income individuals, senior citizens, non-English-speaking individuals, and the disabled in the preparation of their individual tax return. She completed her internship as a tax preparer at a CPA firm in the South Bay area.
