First, what is an MBE? What does this acronym stand for? MBE, Minority Business Enterprise, WBE, Women’s Business Enterprise. Who qualifies for it? Minority people. Women count twice. One as a female and one through their ethnicity. So white females can count as well too because they are still females.

You also can have, the gay community can qualify. You can have people such as myself, a Navy vet or a disabled, person that’s in the military, they can qualify as well too. Now, here’s the most important question.

How can you leverage this? Back in the day, if you were 51 % owner, you could qualify. They now want you to be 55 to 6 % owner. That’s a great secret that you need to know. So when you have your articles or how your business is set up, you show them tax returns

Hey. I am now 55, 6 % owner of the business. can also, some of you may know in a different states, different counties, as they disqualified means the same thing. By my firm being in LA County, it is one of the more popular places for business can truly leverage this.

Some people look at this and may not want to join because of the current administration. The federal contracts may not be favorable for minority business owners. Don’t look at it like that. Look at the fact that you can go to the state. You can go to the county.

You can go to various municipalities or you can go to various city agencies as well too. So depending upon your state and the county that you want to register for, this can become a powerful weapon for minority business owners. Please believe that and receive that.
