As this war is now entering into its third week, AOL did an article and they was talking about the other factors that we may not have considered regarding this war. Obviously there’s been a 24 % surge and gas prices.
As I live in the great state of California, gas prices would go up 80 cents a gallon. For other states, it’s roughly about 60 cents a gallon. But here are the factors that AOL brought into this equation that most of us don’t even think about.
As stock prices are going to be uncertain right now, it also means a retirement may be a little vulnerable right now. So, most of y’all that can’t stand it, don’t look at your retirement account right now. Mortgage interest is going up.
So, people that are planning on buying new houses, they may take, they may just put it on the shelf right now. Grocery prices are going up as well too. They interviewed the Fed Chair and he made a comment that was a little bit scary.
And his comment was,
This situation could be potentially good, long term, short term, or it could be potentially bad, long term, short term. He does not know. That’s a problem when we do not know what our future’s going to hold right now.
