Here are the three questions that I asked the gentleman.

What type of entity do you have set up? You set up LLC. Ask and have you consider electing over to an S-Corp for tax purposes. You can avoid self-employment tax. What does that mean? Every $10,000 that they earn, they are now saving $1,500. So, do $50,000. That’s $7,500 gain that goes back into your pocket versus the IRS pocket.

Question number two, have you considered adding a non-profit? There are grants out there that can help you as well as your community at large. They do service all of the high schools in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area.

Question number three, have you considered…licing your product or trademarking your product the wife responded to me like my god. We never even thought about this She said she knew that she could get other advice.
