Core functions of a business consultant. They go into, once again, problem solving, strategic development, implementations, potentially interviewing certain level of staff that you may need or outside contractors. Most people sometimes don’t think about that. Outside contractors can be hired. Should they be hired 1099? Should they be hired through an outside service? as well.
Data analytics. Some of these could be specialized expertise, especially when you get into the oil industry, medical industry, something that has where you may need a person that has that technology area of expertise.
Developing business plans, budgets, marketing strategies, designing a new system as well, how to implement that system, creating a timeline for that systems. Why companies hired them to gain an objective, fresh perspective.
