Tax Consulting is worth it. We’re going to go over several reasons why it’s worth it. As a tax consultant, we can help you with very, potentially resolve various financial complex issues, make your life changes, such as having grandchildren, great grandchildren, inheriting a multimillion dollar estate, or you maybe need representation in some form of audits.
For example, IRS audit, sales tax audit, Estate audit, business license audit. Just to name a few things that you may need a licensed tax person to help you. Why do I keep emphasizing license? Because there are people out there that want to perform work but they don’t have the necessary credentials.
As a tax consultant, you can hire a lawyer, a CPA, an EA, EA stands for Enrolled Agent, or a UA, an Enrolled Agent as well too. But you wanna make sure that all of these people are licensed. So we’re gonna go over a few situations where you may need our type of services. Complex financial situations.
That’s if you may have a business such as a rental property, estate taxes, a 1099, foreign accounts, make your life changes. Once again, divorce, getting married, you having a child, grandchild, great grandchild.
Tax consultant can also help you maximize deductions as well as credits. So year round tax planning may be applicable to some of you out there as well. Audit representation, once again, you may need that potentially if it is, I’m gonna go back and explain audits.
You can have an audit where it could be a mail audit. You can have another audit where it could be mail, but you have a person assigned that you’re gonna directly be dealing with, such as a revenue officer or RO. Or you can have what’s known as traditional full blown audit where the person wants to come by your house, audit.
Once again, we will always recommend that the auditor will come to our office. They should never come to your house. We do not want the auditor to prejudge you for your neighborhood, whether it’s good, bad, because when they see the incoming numbers, they want to make sure it lines up and match.
